The short answer is Yes and pronto!
Here are a few things to consider –
Has the property ever been rented?
Do you know how many previous occupants your house has had?
Has anyone given keys to tradesman working at the property?
Has every copy of the keys been given to you?
You will probably be unable to answer all of the above questions so why would you chance it? Did you also know that by not changing your locks you could potentially invalidate your insurance policy so it really is not worth the gamble.
